Cancellation Policy
At Oloshipa Tours, your safety and the quality of your experience are our top priorities. In some situations, we may need to cancel or adjust an itinerary. This may be due to dangerous weather, changing wildlife or trail conditions, government directives, travel restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances that affect the trip’s safety or feasibility.
If we must cancel, we will do our best to offer an alternative itinerary. However, except in the case of cancellations caused by insufficient participants, refunds will not be issued. Please note that Oloshipa Tours is not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to changes or cancellations, including but not limited to flight modifications, delays, illness, or non‑refundable tickets.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Your policy should ideally include:
-
Trip cancellation coverage
-
Emergency medical and evacuation services
-
“Cancel for Any Reason” options
-
Coverage for pre‑existing medical conditions
Travel in remote areas comes with unique risks—even a minor injury can result in significant costs. Insurance provides vital protection for your health and your financial investment.
Traveler Responsibilities
All travelers are responsible for securing the necessary documentation to enter Kenya. This includes obtaining a valid Kenya e‑Visa (eVisa) in advance of travel. You can apply at the official site: https://evisa.go.ke.
